Instead of a bounty on dead ones, perhaps offer to buy the unwanted large snakes and let them live in a large serpentarium park where people would pay to see large numbers of big snakes. I used to live near the old serpentarium down in Suniland. It was awesome. Anyone remember the place? Giant Cobra along US1
