Took a trip to Shark Valley yesterday. It was the slowest I have ever seen it. Few birds (compared to normal) and even fewer gators. The neatest thing was one gator that had a mouthful of bird right next to the trail and two great blue herons building a nest right near the main buildings. Kirby storer and Big cypress bend were also pretty slow. Guess I'll have to wait a month or so for the water levels to go down. Heading down to the main park the weekend of Jan 13-14.
