For birding locations in February you can't find a better digest then the one posted by the Tropical Audubon society (see the link below). The page that comes up are the "daily stories and reports" which are very helpful. But at the top of the page look for the button ti*tled "locations". That is a list from A-Z of all the spots in Dade and some Collier county. Use Google or a road map for routes or post again for specifics. Broward County and Palm Beach also have good sites and if you want to develop that list ask. If you are looking for some very exotic or specific birds post your inquiry on the TAS board and the group will respond with very localized ( street corners practically) directions.
Generally the sites of Wakodahatchee, Loxahatchee, Green Cay and Okeeheelee in Palm Beach County will be a day event that will give you much to see in that County. All four have web sites. Let's start with this and become specific when we learn more of where you are from and how many days you will be here.
