Pack bug spray and be prepared for unsettled weather. The park website offers good camping tips.

How are you planning on getting around when down there? Do you have a boat? The Florida Sportsman website is good for fishing info. Go to the 10,000 Islands forum. There are canoe, kayak, and skiff rentals down there in addition to professional guides. I've attached a link to a good guide. Have fun.
